NCK Wellness Center on the west side of the Fort Hays Tech North Central college campus is used by the community and visitors. Memberships are available as well as day passes.

The Cawker City Community Fitness Center is open to the public. Keys are available at Lakeside Elementary School between the hours of 8am and 3:30pm for a onetime, non-refundable $30 fee.
The Fitness Center features a variety of equipment including: Treadmill, Ellipticals, Spin Bikes, Dumbbells, Free Weights, Bench Press, Squat Rack.
